Kothar speaks to Baal.

Kothar-wa-Khasis (or Kothar) was an Ugaritic god, who seen as a smith, craftsman, engineer, architect, and inventor. He supported the storm-god Baal during his battle with Yam and crafted him two clubs named  Yagrush and Ayamur. He was also seen as a soothsayer and magician.
