Hephaestus is the Greek god fire of fire, metalworking, stone masonry, forges, the art of sculpture, technology and blacksmiths.
Overview []
Hephaestus was seen as the son of Zeus and Hera, who was sometimes said to be thrown down Mount Olympus by his mother for being a cripple.
He would eventually join the Greek gods again, and he would be married to Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. Despite being married, Aphrodite would often cheat on him, notably with Ares, the god of war.
