Odin, also known as Woden, was the chief deity of the Norse and Germanic pantheon, who was also the god of wisdom, healing, death, royalty, the gallows, knowledge, war, battle, victory, sorcery, poetry, frenzy, and the runic alphabet. He is married to the goddess Frigg and the father of many other Norse god, such as Thor, Baldr, Höðr, Vidar, Váli, Bragi and Tyr.

Odin is prophesied to die during Raganrök, the last days of the world, at the hands of Fenrir, the wolf-son of Loki.
